Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Fatbid. Fatbid is an initiative by Teqqed. By creating an account, placing a bid, supporting a listing, revealing or rerolling a card, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and use the payment method you provide. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your authentication methods secure. Information you provide must be accurate and current.

3. Listings and ownership

You may only claim ownership controls for a listing when you are authorized to represent its URL, handle, project, or organization. Supporting another listing does not transfer ownership or give the supporter control over that listing's collectible cards. Fatbid may request verification and may correct, restrict, or remove misleading, fraudulent, infringing, or unlawful listings.

4. Bids, rankings, and payments

Bids and boosts are fixed payments shown before checkout. Rankings are based on confirmed eligible spend and may change whenever payments, refunds, disputes, reversals, fraud reviews, or other adjustments occur. A quoted position is an estimate until payment is confirmed and the leaderboard is updated.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers and are also subject to their terms. Except where required by law, completed payments are non-refundable. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, or suspected abuse may reduce eligible spend, alter a rank, revoke benefits, or suspend an account.

5. Collectible cards and random results

Collectible cards are digital features associated with Fatbid listings. Card rarity, traits, and eligible one-of-one drops may be determined randomly according to the rules displayed by the service. Purchasing a reveal or reroll does not guarantee a particular rarity or outcome. When multiple results are offered in a single purchase, Fatbid applies the selection rule shown before checkout.

Cards do not represent equity, currency, an investment product, or a promise of resale value. Owning a card does not transfer intellectual-property rights in Fatbid, another user's listing, or third-party material.

6. Acceptable use

You may not manipulate rankings or random outcomes; use stolen payment methods; impersonate another person or organization; submit malware or unlawful content; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; automate abusive traffic; interfere with security; or use the service for fraud, money laundering, harassment, or other illegal activity.

7. Service availability and changes

Fatbid may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, improve the product, or address technical and commercial requirements. We may update platform rules and these terms prospectively. Material changes will be communicated through the service when reasonably practical.

8. Intellectual property

Fatbid's software, design, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to Fatbid and Teqqed. You retain rights in content you submit and grant Fatbid a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, format, and use that content as needed to operate and promote the service.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Fatbid does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a permanent rank, a specific card result, traffic, revenue, reputation, or other commercial outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fatbid and Teqqed are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

10. Suspension and termination

Fatbid may restrict or terminate access when an account violates these terms, creates risk for users or the service, or must be restricted for legal or security reasons. Provisions concerning payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination where applicable.
